ENRICH is proud to partner with ETHOS to expand opportunities for small businesses and entrepreneurs in Phoenix, Oregon. Together, we’re building on ETHOS' proven success in supporting local business owners by creating more space, resources, and funding to help them thrive.

Our Partnership Focus

Through this collaboration, ENRICH and ETHOS are working to:

· Develop new workspace for microenterprises and small businesses.

· Provide administrative support to help owners move from self-employment to sustainable business operations.

· Offer access to capital for start-ups and growing businesses.

· Support leadership development by funding professional training for organizations in need.

Building on ETHOS' Success

ETHOS currently operates the ETHOS Business Center, home to nine mini-businesses, and ETHOS Place, a new salon space supporting four additional small enterprises. Over the years, ETHOS has acted as an incubator for dozens of local entrepreneurs, helping them grow beyond their initial launch.

However, with limited space available in Phoenix, many of these successful businesses have been forced to relocate once they outgrow ETHOS' facilities. Our shared goal is to change that — by creating a dedicated expansion space right here in Phoenix, so these businesses can continue to grow locally.
